International Youth Convetion 09

The LOM in participated headed by Pres Arvin Don Bandojo and JCI Mem . Luzmar Gabor on the recent concluded IYC at Limketkai Atrium, Cagayan de Oro City on January 31 to February 02. IYC 09 is a gathering for youths all over the world to learn, share and experience mutual understanding and friendship and to initiate global peace network through inter faith dialogue and real conversations. It involves cultural appreciation among participants through cultural empowerment and discussions about various beliefs and tradition of different nations being represented in the convention. It is the sharing of each cultures’ richness aand wonders among the youth participants to relate the various practices and beliefs of each culture in order to bridge cultural diversity.  The friendship and understanding that will be built and strengthened will brace today’s youth perseverance in reaching the Millenium Development Goals (MDGs) 2015. It was hosted by the Cagayan de Oro Alliance of Students Supporting The Entrepeneurs of Tomorrow (CDO-ASSET).
