The 1st Cagayan de Oro Speech Olympics – Day 1

The long awaited program of Kagayhaan Gold the 1st Cagayan de Oro Speech Olympics  (COSO) was held at the event center of SM Cagayan de Oro City. Asst. Regional Director  Myla Fe Balandra of Population Commission Region 10 give her opening remarks and support and appreciation to the organizers in making the Speech Olympics successful. There were two speech competitions on day 1, which are the declamation and extemporaneous speaking. There was  21 student participants representing 21 schools from the Deped Division of Cagayan de Oro City both from public and private schools.

All winners are given medals and all the participants are given certificate of participation including their respective schools. Coaches are given award of merit in every event competition.
